Project Summary

The project is supported by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Youth, Canton Sarajevo. The aim of this project is to investigate the factors and consequences of different types of innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). The research also aims to determine the relationship between innovation and environmental (green) practices. This study relates to several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Firstly, it encourages innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises, which is linked to industry, innovation, and infrastructure (SDG 9). Second, the research focuses on green practices, which contributes to sustainable consumption and production (SDG 12) and sustainable economic growth and decent work (SDG 8). The research will be conducted using quantitative methods, with primary cross-sectional data collection. Data analysis will be carried out in two phases: pretesting (reliability, validity, descriptive statistics, and correlation) and hypothesis testing through multiple linear and hierarchical regression and structural modeling.
