Ured za sponzorirane projekte (OSP) na Internacionalnom univerzitetu u Sarajevu (IUS) posvećen je implementaciji dosljednih praksi upravljanja projektima koje će pomoći IUS-u da ispuni svoju misiju i strateške ciljeve. Ured je osnovan u januaru 2016. godine, a njegov cilj je ohrabriti nastavnike i osoblje IUS-a da se prijavljuju za projekte.

The mission of the Office of Sponsored Projects (OSP) is to implement and maintain project management standards and processes, increase the number of institutional projects, announce grant opportunities, and encourage faculty and staff to apply for research opportunities/projects. Moreover, the OSP is responsible for the centralized management of IUS projects and archives. It is committed to providing an environment that fosters creativity, communication and inclusion of all departments and project partners throughout each implementation phase of the project life cycle.

• Provide project management best practices, standards and methodology that will consistently deliver successful projects;
• Maintain project alignment to the strategic goals, mission and educational vision of International University of Sarajevo (IUS);
• Build project management maturity at the institutional level;
• Support faculty and staff applying for various grants by providing appropriate tools and information necessary for the facilitation of project management processes;
• Organize and carry out trainings on project management;
• Ensure a wide range of projects varying in scope and size.
