A research project that is exploring how digital literacy shapes students' professional aspirations and employment intentions. Titled "The Impact of Digital Literacy in Higher Education on Shaping Professional Aspirations and Employment Intentions," the study examines the role of digital competencies in preparing young people for an increasingly digital labor market and their influence on career-related decision-making.
The research, conducted among undergraduate and master's students across Bosnia and Herzegovina, has already been presented at the 8th International Conference on Management and Organization (ICMO 2026). Building on these results, the project team is currently preparing a scientific paper for submission to an international academic journal, further contributing to research on digital transformation, higher education, and employability.
