Project Summary
A research project has been initiated to investigate the implementation of Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) practices within organizations in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The project seeks to identify principal challenges and opportunities associated with the adoption of green HR practices and to offer actionable recommendations, including the creation of a digital handbook for organizations. In alignment with the Development Strategy of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2021–2027, the project also advances the Sustainable Development Goals, with particular emphasis on decent work, sustainable industrialization, responsible consumption, and climate action.
